Look, we get it — sometimes life doesn't work out and you need to send something back. Unfortunately, wood doesn't work that way. 😅

Because most of what we make is custom-built or customized just for you, all sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges — just a whole lot of craftsmanship that was made with your name on it (sometimes literally).

Damaged in transit? That's on the shipping gremlins, not us. Every order is fully insured, so if your piece shows up looking rough, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We inspect every single item before it leaves our shop — if it left here, it left right.
